PROJECT SUMMARY
We helped our clients renovate the basement in their Sherwood Park, Sherwood Heights home into a bright and functional multi-purpose entertaining space with loads of character.
THE VISION FOR THIS RENOVATION
Our clients purchased a 1970s bungalow in Sherwood Park and wanted to redevelop the dark, dated basement into a bright open area to entertain guests. They wanted a wet bar, a space for a band to practice, and a brighter more spacious bathroom.
THE FOUR ELEMENTS APPROACH
We used the space under the stairs for a unique looking wet bar complete with a butcher block countertop and custom shelving. The existing bathroom was reconfigured to make it larger and much brighter with a large subway tiled & glass enclosed custom shower.
Brightly painted walls and light luxury vinyl plank flooring completed the bright & open look.
