PROJECT SUMMARY
This full home renovation transformed a dated walkout bungalow into a bright, open, and functional living space that now serves as a true “forever home” for a growing family.
THE VISION FOR THIS RENOVATION
The homeowners wanted a modern, open-concept bungalow that felt light-filled and spacious across both floors.
Their vision included more functional areas for entertaining and day-to-day living, such as a home office, a home gym, and spaces tailored to their family’s lifestyle.
THE FOUR ELEMENTS APPROACH
We removed multiple walls on the main floor to create a large, combined great room. A brand-new kitchen with custom cabinetry, a quartz waterfall island, and a full backsplash became the heart of the home.
Shiplap ceilings with faux wood beams were added in the kitchen, dining, and master bedroom to warm the space. Throughout the house, we installed new LVP flooring, carpet, and paint. Downstairs, we built a fully custom gym with a glass wall and a dry bar with integrated wine storage—ideal for entertaining.
