PROJECT SUMMARY
A significant redevelopment of this Edmonton, Aspen Gardens home, this project included a second floor addition, a completely redesigned floor plan and an updated exterior.
THE VISION FOR THIS RENOVATION
Our clients loved their current neighborhood but their 1970s, storey-and-a-half home was too small for their needs. They needed more functional space and wanted a more updated exterior.
THE FOUR ELEMENTS APPROACH
We built a second-floor addition above the attached double garage, turning the house into a full, two-storey home. This freed-up space meant the interior redesign would result in a more spacious living area.
We added a second-storey loft, laundry room and a luxurious master bedroom with a fireplace and full ensuite.
The exterior was also completely transformed into a modern traditional home featuring all new exterior siding, wood & stone accents, windows & doors and roof.
