PROJECT SUMMARY

We built a new attached double garage, a house addition and refreshed the exterior of this 1970s, Sherwood Park, Brentwood home.

THE VISION FOR THIS RENOVATION

Our client wanted to build a garage, move the main-entry from the side of the house to the front, update the exterior and increase the footprint of their home.

THE FOUR ELEMENTS APPROACH

We converted the existing side-carport into a garage.

We added a 1,000 square foot addition with more family space and two new bedrooms to allow the existing secondary bedrooms to be absorbed into the new master bedroom suite.

We took advantage of the existing, raised vaulted-ceilings by knocking down the walls between the family areas. This created a large open-concept living space that is perfect for entertaining and hosting guests.
