PROJECT SUMMARY
We enlarged a Sherwood Park, Glen Allan double attached garage for our clients, to create additional work-space. We also gave the exterior of the home a distinctive, industrial look.
THE VISION FOR THIS RENOVATION
Our clients wanted a workshop area in their garage, and a complete update to the exterior of their 1970s-era bungalow.
THE FOUR ELEMENTS APPROACH
We extended the front of their garage 12 feet closer to the curb.
A new driveway, sidewalks, and front steps/patios were also incorporated to this exterior renovation.
As for the home exterior, our clients wanted an industrial & contemporary look to their home.
We used corrugated steel, NaturClad materials, concrete, maintenance-free decking, custom metal railings, and new windows and doors to achieve their vision.
