PROJECT SUMMARY
Our Sherwood Park, Glen Allan clients chose to expand their home to meet the needs of an ever-growing extended family.
THE VISION FOR THIS RENOVATION
Our clients wanted to add to their existing bungalow and create a new, large open area that could accommodate their entire family.
THE FOUR ELEMENTS APPROACH
Their large backyard could accommodate a 900 sq. ft. addition complete with a basement.
We reconfigured the existing kitchen and dining room into a larger back entry and formal dining room.
The new addition afforded a large, open chef’s custom kitchen with sizable pantry, plus an eating nook and family room surrounded by large windows overlooking the backyard full of trees.
