PROJECT SUMMARY
For this home renovation in Edmonton, we took the client’s original 1990s home down to the studs across all three levels and executed a complete rebuild. The result is a stunning custom home featuring indoor and outdoor spaces designed for both comfort and function.
THE VISION FOR THIS RENOVATION
The clients envisioned a full transformation—both inside and out. They wanted open, livable areas with high-end features, a custom kitchen, a family-friendly basement, and an outdoor space fit for entertaining.
Expanding the garage and refreshing the exterior were also priorities.
THE FOUR ELEMENTS APPROACH
We created an open-concept main living area with soaring ceilings, shiplap beams, and a feature fireplace. The new kitchen includes custom white cabinets, stone countertops, and a large island.
A sliding barn door opens into the reimagined family room, and every bathroom in the house was redone, including a luxurious ensuite with a standing tub. In the basement, we built a gym, games area, and home theatre.
Outside, the garage was expanded to a quad, a new balcony and porch were added, and the backyard was fully landscaped with a basketball court. The home’s exterior was also completely refreshed.
