PROJECT SUMMARY

We helped our clients turn their dark and compartmentalized, older bi-level into a spacious, elegant and modern living space.

THE VISION FOR THIS RENOVATION

This 1970s bi-level had a floor plan that was typical for the time.  Every room on the main floor was separated by walls. Vaulted wood ceilings and beams made the main rooms feel dark and closed off. It was dated in look, feel and functionality.

The clients wanted to refresh this space to be more functional, brighter, and more inviting to suit their needs which included entertaining friends and family.

THE FOUR ELEMENTS APPROACH

The kitchen, dining room, and living room walls were removed to create a large and open great room. A new custom kitchen with a massive island was added, wood ceilings were painted white, and faux cross beams installed with embedded LED pot lights. New larger windows were also added to bring in more light and increase R-value.

In the words of our clients, the transformation was incredible and beyond their expectations.
