Living Spaces
We helped a young couple refresh and modernize their newly-purchased bi-level located in Fort Saskatchewan’s acreage community, Galloway Park. New features include an open-concept great room, a chef’s kitchen, and a unique basement bar.
Our clients purchased a 1970s-era bi-level on an acreage near Fort Saskatchewan. They wanted to give the entire home a more open and modern feel in preparation for building their new family.
They also wanted to redevelop the entire basement, complete with a new bedroom, bathroom and bar area, for entertaining and hosting.
Four Elements removed the walls dividing the kitchen, dining room, and living room to create a large great room which featured a custom chef’s kitchen and a gas fireplace with stone surround and wood mantle.
A new ensuite with a unique barndoor feature was added to the master bedroom. Closets were enlarged and a laundry chute added from the main floor to the basement laundry room. The front entry was updated including a new railing going down to the basement.
An exclusive, one-of-a-kind basement wet bar was designed using distressed wood boards from an old barn found on the clients’ family farm in Saskatchewan.
We’d love to hear about your project.
